The estate provides opportunities for fishing, grouse shooting, rough shooting and stalking. For sporting lets there is fully catered accommodation available for 16 in Dunachton Lodge and for a further 4 in its 2-bed converted stable block.
Fishing
Salmon, trout and pike available in Loch Insh and the Spey.
Stalking
1 rifle per day in September for stag stalking; 2 rifles during October rut (1 stag per rifle per day expected.) Hind stalking let by the day November onwards.
Grouse
There are 3 grouse beats on the estate which can provide for consecutive days driven grouse shooting. Days of 50-60 brace available mid-August onwards.
From the start of the season walked-up grouse shooting is available, with 10-25 brace per day expected.
Rough Shooting
There is walked-up woodcock, blue hare, pheasant and duck shooting available from late October. Rough shooting can be let by the day or as part of a package, arranged by the week.
Accommodation
Dunachton Lodge has recently been refurbished to provide fully catered accommodation for up to 16. There are 6 en-suite twin/double bedrooms as well as 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. Larger groups can also make use of the 2 bedroom converted stable block - this can also be let separately for groups of up to 4.
