Kincraig House

The house has been cleverly re-configured during restoration so that it can be split into three separate apartments if required.

The Main House (sleeping up to 12), Forbes Wing (sleeping 2) and Leith Wing (sleeping 4). Each has their own kitchen and living space.

Kincraig House is a Grade II listed Adam-style house dating from the 1800s, with a grand hallway, sweeping staircase and beautiful Regency period decorative features and neo-classical details. There are 5 super-king and 3 twin bedrooms, plus a large kitchen, grand drawing room, dining room, sitting room, games room, 6 en-suite bathrooms, 2 utility rooms, and a boot room.

Many of the rooms have high ceilings and large sash windows, with the drawing and dining rooms and bedrooms all looking out towards the mountains.

The drawing room features a large ornate moulded fireplace and the dining room is large enough to sit 16 at the huge dining table.
